These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OttoCall service. This is a template — before publication, please have legal counsel review and adapt to your specific product, jurisdictions and commercial terms.
1. The service
OttoCall provides cloud phone service, messaging and related communications tools. Features and availability vary by plan and country.
2. Account & responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Fees
Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overages (international minutes, extra SMS, etc.) are billed in arrears. Taxes are added at checkout.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with notice. On termination, your data will be exportable for a reasonable period, then deleted.
5. Warranties & liability
Service is provided "as is" except as otherwise agreed. Liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing law
Governing law and venue are established in your order form or, if not specified, the jurisdiction in which OttoCall is incorporated.
